The Girls in Navy Blue

The Girls in Navy Blue by Alix Rickloff

I saw The Girls in Navy Blue advertised all over Facebook and Instagram.

This historical fiction novel is about friendship, serving your country, and World War 1 (for a refreshing change).

I was hooked from the first chapter.

The cover of Alix Rickloff's newest book, The Girls in Navy Blue.

Three young women proudly join the Navy to serve their countries, but for other reasons as well.

“I might have enlisted to escape, but that didn’t mean I wasn’t proud to pull my oar for the good of the war effort” -Viv

Multiple mysteries are skillfully woven throughout the book, and so you CAN’T STOP READING.

“And though I hate the very thought of war. If Uncle Sam should ever say, “I need ten thousand girls today.’ Would he get ‘em? Well, I’ll say! And more.” 🎶

The Girls in Navy Blue is my favorite book of 2023 so far!
